SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

5-12 Players

Seeking additional sessions or simply a change of pace to your current training routine? New Era offers training to groups of 5 - 12 players focusing on the finer developmental details and skills that individual players should be exposed to, while applying them within the collective. With an emphasis on first class, technical and skill development, as well as positional and small sided tactics, New Era coaches will provide sessions that always consider and implement methods and concepts that take a holistic approach to development.  Elements such as: establishing unit integrity, enjoying healthy and fun competitiveness, acquiring leadership skills and exposure to an inclusive and challenging environment. The group session curriculum can be tailored to the needs of the specific group/team and serve as a supplement to the players consistent, team training. Sessions can also be structured for a less intensive environment, with a more recreational focus. Our staff is is both experienced and passionate about both goals!

Our goal is to motivate, challenge and develop each participant, within a small group setting, to provide the extra development and enjoyment all young athletes strive for.
