Our Winter Clinics are designed to provide your daughter with an intensive and meaningful soccer training during the winter time. The program is designed to make sure your daughter continues training at a high level while other players are taking some time off.

Our unique curriculum is designed and executed by Jonathan Garbar. Coach Jon has years of experience developing female soccer players at the highest levels. Currently serving as the Head Coach of NCAA DII Franklin Pierce University, Coach Jon has an extensive resume in building high-quality soccer programs. From nationally recognized soccer players at the collegiate level, to professional athletes representing their countries with their national teams, he knows and understands what it takes to play and compete with the best.

During the duration of the clinics, your daughter will be trained in all 4 pillars of the game: technical, tactical, physical, and psychological. She will receive an intensive technical training to master ball skills. She will also work on her conditioning, reaction, speed, agility, and quickness with fun and interactive fitness games. In addition to that, she will work on her tactical knowledge and soccer IQ. Finally, she will work on her mental training increasing her confidence, and decision-making process on and off the field.

Our sessions are broken down in two main parts: 1 hour of soccer training in the field followed by 30 minutes of tactical and mental training in the classroom.

If you are looking to help your daughter get to the next level, this is the program that you are looking for!
